straps = cheating imo, but sstill 200kg nice, i did 150kg other day, first time i have ever attempted a deadlift and i only weigh 65k

ill try, ill get my m8 to get a vid of it, also got one of me doin 80k on prayer bench, just a partial, still heavy
Quality mate look forward to seeing it. Was it just 1 rep of 150? Whats a prayer bench?
Back was a little rounded on the last one, but that was fucking awesome!!

it keeps the focus off the forearms so they don't tire out, thus allowing you to lift much heavier weights.

It also means your forarms wont get stronger and you will rely on straps more and more.
indeed. the way i figure, you shouldn't lift anything you can't hold.
I mostly agree with that mate. I say don't use straps as much as you can but if you can lift heavier with them then do it. But you should aim to build up forearm/grip strength rather than rely on straps.
What's with the straps?
