i would really like some pointers on how to use the programs. i have corel essential 4, and a wacom tablet, i was thinking bout getting a another drawing program,but i don't know if i should do it before i learn this program. i'm a pretty good artis, but when it comes to using the art program i suck and i don't know where i can go to learn how to use it so i can get better. i really would like to do what your doing in this video but i'm not sure what method i should use, any suggestions?

@bumtaksi To me it looks like hes using photoshop. but i don't know. skechbook pro also looks like that. i would have to say that i like photoshop the most. i also use a wacom tablet and it makes it easier.

@bumtaksi a wacom tablet is an inputdevice that works as I'd you were drawing with a pancil and paper. It conects to your computer with a usb cord. Look up "intuos 4" on google. That's what I use and it works great! I've just recently started recording my art with screenflow and it is an incredible tool for digital art.

@AlexanderLee1 it depends what kind of learner you are. i would recommend going to life drawing classes (there's alot of them in big cities) where you just pay at the door for a day of life drawing. or you can sign up for membership. you get to see how other people lifedraw, which is a bonus.

it's great that you can see yourself getting better.. it gives you incentive to keep learning and keep drawing. always remember that drawing isnt a chore, its fun.
