@spoonlamp It's not dead. Just that most people don't hang around in OT. The majority of the 'action' is occurring out in the playfields and the dungeons. People pass through, hit the epic armor place, the trader and keep going. Plus this was in non prime time, I guess you'd call it.

Fairly-doos, but when I was playing this on release all these places were full of people as well...have to say it's looking a lot prettier than when I played it last. Have they merged any servers? I think I got a couple of guys to around lvls 50 and 60 (Barb and Demo) - how's it looking these days?

@spoonlamp When did you last play? They did a merge a while back. Currently there are 4 US servers - 2 PvP (Tyranny & Cimmeria), 2 PvE (Wicanna and Set). As for not many people, yes, it is a little barren in the vid. Just coincidence I guess. In the main hours of the evening, and weekends, it's usually fairly bustling. To be fair, I don't go there very often - At 80 it isnt really neccessary. Besides, most now live out in Khitai - new loot, rewards and whatnot.

@spoonlamp Additional: Having said that the population is down in recent months - largley due to the issues that more than likely led you to stop playing - various issues, bugs, etc. I have to say though Funcom do seem to be getting there act together. Dreamworld (what gives it that nice look) is well bedded in & looks great. The khitai grind is largely fixed - you can get plenty of gear quite easily now , even for alts. A new hardcore pvp server is due shortly + appearance slots not long after.
