dude..it's not a "curve"...every fucking lacrosse shot has that motion. if you film any other shot from the same angle it does the same exact thing. thats why he has no idea how hes doing it. he has a hard, pretty nice shot. when you have a hard shot, the ball does that on release, and you all seem to think its a "curve" it's just the dynamics of lacrosse.

props for making your shot curve, but honestly, being a goalie, I can say that I would save this shot most of the time. It's too slow. Honestly tracking a slight curve like that isn't that hard when the shot is that slow. Speed kills. I can tell you, it seeing a 90+ mph shot is hard, but slow shots are so easy to see, track, and save.

Anyways, the bounce curve shot works a lot better.

You cannot curve a lacrosse ball. It does not have any texture to curve it and you would need to use your hand to curve it. Curving will do nothing unless you can rip a shot towards the middle and have it curve to a side if i was possible, sorry bro

that downward curving is due to this thing called GRAVITY, it applies is most cases

it would be extremely hard to actually make a lacrosse ball curve, they are too dense and have to ridges. soccerballs and ping pong balls do it because of there low density, while baseballs do it becasue of the seems. the rotation needed to actually make this happen is pretty much impossible, now the curve in this video is due to gravity, and camera angle, look at it closely and you will see that the curve is going downward, this, and combined with him shooting the ball diagonal causes it

yes you can?when you shoot you spin of the ball, you can put a good amount of top spin in your shot when you get to higher speeds

@ALLAMERICANLAXER9 im still gunna have to disagree with you. how the hell can you put top spin on a shot. honestly, think about the way the ball releases from a shot the shooters push the ball down to create back spin and even without shooters you will still only have back spin. you cant put top spin on a shot unless you are shooting low to high and would defeat the purpose of it curving in the first place since you want it to stay high in a shot like that.
