I've seen these guys three times--very cool, very down to earth people! I love, love, love "Devil's All You Ever Had" and "Taking Control"--they've opened with "Taking Control" every time I've seen them--except last night they opened with Devil's...pretty sure because we asked them to, lol. It's an amazing song...this was the first one I really loved! Thom Yorke, though? I always thought Petter sounds more like a modernized Neil Young. But I can see the Thom Yorke too!

That is exactly whats wrong with the guitar music scene, bands like the enemy, kooks and shit are going to be remembered as the defining bands of this time but under the surface there is some of the best guitar music (in my opinion) since the sixties being made. A situation which is best tipified by this band- alberta cross.
