I do not know where you live. I don't mean to assume you are ignorant to the laws where you live, however if you are from the USA.. Norway is NOT in the USA. Im pretty sure the laws are different there, and if they told him to "fuck off" they would get in trouble, not the security guard.

I may be incorrect about the laws for the region that this was taped in, but I know that you cant just say and do what you want everywhere. In many countries you will get arrested very quickly.

Well since the guy was just a security guy you may get away whit it if you apologize right after. You will not get arrested in Norway for saying things to a cop, security or other people. You will get a fine tho. maybe 12000kr at max for swearing to a cop = about 1,865$. Had a friend which cursed to a cop when he was drunk. He had to pay =310.850$ From Norway btw;) You may get put in a cell if your drunk and not stopping insulting people tho^^
