What a noob. You couldn't even do the puzzle. How is this a quest guide?

I'm done with the puzzle.

Just for everyone's sake, power up the first, then the counter, reset the puzzle, power the second, then the counter. when all counter has been powered, it will get stucked, so no worries in the movement limit.
