I admit i don't like the way Naraku treats Kikyo. I hate Naraku! He deserves to burn in hell! Well the song tells exactly the same of Naraku's feelings for Kikyo...he admits later in the manga that he's true wish was to have Kikyo's heart so it means that he really love Kikyo in spite of all the hurts, yeeeha!
