I had this surgery done 3 years ago & after researching all the other options, this is the best way to go. I woke up feeling like I did a million crunches BUT I had No scars, no bleeding, & no nerve damage to nipples (for those gals who plan to have kids in the future). I have friends who went thru the nipple or breast fold and recovery took a lot longer. I know it looks crazy on video but you'll be KNOCKED OUT anyway, just take some Vicodin - you'll survive :)

i've been wanting to get mine done for ever and i think this is the best way to go but does it feel as real as silicon

hey i was wondering after wards..
does ur brest feel real or fake...and can some one tell if its fake... because i've always wanted to have brest surgery but i was afraid that it might feel unatural..

hmmm, this a diffrent approach then I seen before. I guess it's better since there's no scars around the breast.
