I've just checked out IMDb and I think the movie you're referring to is called "3 Ninjas Knuckle Up." I've not seen that movie, but I have seen Under Siege 2, and all I remember is that the gorgeous Katherine Heigl was in it, as Seagal's niece. Siege 2 was nowhere near as good as Siege, IMO.
