What an awesome painting. Don't know who the artist is. I'm guessing a Dutch artist cause of all the rosy cheeks. I'm just staring at it. I can almost hear the peple enjoying each others company and having a jolly good time. The music adds the finishing touch to the experience of being transported to another era. Isn't u tube great?

When I listen to compositions in C major I can't help but imagine beautiful green springtime. This concerto seems to me so refreshing and beautiful as the spring. It's very cheerful and optimistic. I recommend it to "drive off the spleen, and regulate the circulation. Whenever I find myself growing grim about the mouth; whenever it is a damp, drizzly November in my soul" (words from Melville's Moby Dick) just listen to this piece.
