  • wait i dont overeat....and I am a skinny fat guy:

Is it enough for me to do interval , high intensity training for 30 mins/day?

and eat 2 table spoons of oil as monounsaturated fat?

will that help me become normal:

i just want to be fit and healthy...dont really care about 6 pack or HUGE MUSCLES....

just want a normal chest with not puffyness and a normal stomach that is not shaped like a ball ,,,lol

    does anyone know?

  • lol these comments are dumb he is completely right i myself was skinny fat you cant comment and say he wrong unless your skinny fat yourself

  • LoL stuffing themselves like pigs too funny

  • I know, I was. I am not now. How? Lacto-ovo vegetarian, never workout more than 45 mins. Rest, rest, rest. Most fat skinny people are stressed type A's likely ADHD. Cortisol is caused by stress so working out too much is counter-productive and eating too many carbs makes you workout more, losing battle. Ditch the meat, salt, refined anything, eat raw foods, super foods, workout less, relax more and you will burn fat, gain muscle. Muscle burns fat. Drive in the slow lane, learn to relax!!

  • @MormonManUtah Just a follow-up. I went from 222 to 179. Now I am working my way back up quickly using a combination of all raw foods and only lightly cooked lean red meats. I use lots of seeds - sunflower/flax most some chia, hemp, sesame. NO nuts, legumes, grains, quinoa, rice etc. I get my energy from fats and low glycemic dark greens. The Paleo diet is best for us. Chicken and fish don't work for me for some reason. Red meat is it. I use glutamine, maca root, tribulus and powerpump7.

  • We used to tease our high-school physics teacher by singing this song:

"Oh, here's a little story about a man named Jim. He's looking mighty fat, but he's looking mighty slim."

  • I'm naturally skinny-fat. I'm no longer skinny but I could lose some weight. Why do some people seem to think that everyone who claims to be skinny fat simply overeats?

I'm sure some do but then some people just unfortunately have ectomorphic (i.e. difficulty in gaining muscle) and endmorphic (proopensity to gain fat) characteristics.

It's interesting how the people that say all skinny fat guys eat too much have never been skinny fat!

  • @inofe Whatever you say, buddy. Look at any natural bodybuilder (i.e. no steroids), or male model and ask them how long they worked to get that body. I guarantee the answer is well over 2 years. Gaining muscle doesn't lead to fat. That's just an excuse that fat people fall back on.

  • Wrong , Bullshit, Advice.

  • typical faggot giving advice without knowing shit about what he is talking about

  • this guy's advice is idiotic at best, skinnyfat people usually mean people that dont take in enough nutrient dense foods, thus they have the excess calories for fat, but it is put into fat cells instead of muscle growth, eat healtheir and train right

  • @haterz91 That isn't strictly true either - if you have a hardgainer, and he's unable to gain and lets say that his CNS is so fragile that any kind of intense training prevents him from gaining muscle and strength, then the surplus calories will go into fat stores until he's able to find a way of training that will work and until he improves his work capacity and possibly his conditioning too. Nutrient dense foods or not, if you eat too much, you will get fat.

  • @guffstinker

this is in no way any relevant to the video, we are not talking about people who have special CNS conditions as the average person does not have to worry about that, we are talking about people who find a excuse to be out of shape

  • @haterz91 "common hardgainer problem - skinny-fat syndrome". Fragile CNSs is quite common among HGs and a HG doesn't equal "the average person"- the average person has average genetics, whereas a HG doesn't. Skinny-fat HGs eat a surplus of calories but for one reason or another, that the surplus is going towards gaining fat, not size + strength. It isn't a case of finding an excuse to be out of shape. It's a case of HG being told to eat more and acting on that.

  • @haterz91 and, you said " skinnyfat people usually mean people that dont take in enough nutrient dense foods, thus they have the excess calories for fat, but it is put into fat cells instead of muscle growth" - my previous reply was aimed at your comment regarding this, not the video clip itself. It's simply not a case of not eating enough nutrient dense foods - that simply implies that ALL skinny-fat hardgainers eat a ton of shit and get fat which simply isn't true.

  • @guffstinker

"this guy's advice is idiotic at best, skinnyfat people usually mean people that dont take in enough nutrient dense foods, thus they have the excess calories for fat, but it is put into fat cells instead of muscle growth, eat healtheir and train right"

fact one: you will gain more muscle by eating more nutrient dense foods then junk

fact two: i said usually this is the case of the so-called skinnyfat, all bodies build muscle just at different rates,

  • @haterz91 - fact one, I agree with and I never said otherwise, BUT that fact you just stated isn't what you said in the quote above.

  • @guffstinker

it is quite obvious to the general educated public that if you overeat and don't work out you will put on fat, there will be minimal to some muscle growth depending on age as well, that being said the majority of skinny-fat hardgainers make excuses for why they think they are skinny but in reality have a high BF

  • @haterz91 I'm not sure what your point is here. Of course if someone doesn't workout and overeat they will end up fat, but we aren't talking about people who don't work out, we're talking about skinny-fat people who find it extremely difficult to gain muscle and strength and a lot of the time have ended up being fat after being told to eat more because they don't gain. That's the problem, those who aren't HGs tell HGs to eat more of they don't gain and it isn't as simple as that.

  • THIS GUYS TIPS ARE WRONG, the only way to get MASSIVE MUSCLES is to eat 12000 calories a day and lift heavy! if the bar aint bending, gt the hell out the gym

  • Where can you get these kind of fats in foods

  • if you guys have been following the science of bodybuilding you would realize that this guy knows what he is taking about.

Most of you muscle heads know squat..just lucky to have good genetics but later on you all get fat cuz you didn't know the science behind it.

  • @gtman5 I hate that. I have friends that just look at weights and put on muscle because they are freaks of nature. Then they think they can go and spit out advice to me because "hey it worked for me".

  • he's actually right.

    sorry guys

  • This is the most idiot advice you can get. It's useless babling at the Nth power.

  • my boyfriend goes on about being a skinny fat guy hes obsessed but he looks really good he workout 5 days a week.hes just got muscle mass now.where he used to be smaller now hes got bigger and sees himself skinny still i guess and calls his muscle gain fat because its bigger.

  • This is my exact problem. Skinny with a gut lol

  • I know exactly what he's talking about here...I see too much of it on a daily basis

  • Great insights Jeff into the dreaded "skinny fat guy" syndrome. Keep in coming!
