As long as black people constitute a minority, the number of black-white marriages will naturally decrease as the population of black people decreases. Therefore, the percentage of black persons married to white persons is far more relevant, statistically speaking, than the percentage of total marriages that are between black and white people.

Since then, PHS and other sources have clearly admitted the government lying to the 400 black men who had syphilis, never letting them know of their disease so they can monitor its progression. They were not deliberately infected dude.

As long as black people constitute a minority, the number of black-white marriages will naturally decrease as the population of black people decreases. Therefore, the percentage of black persons married to white persons is far more relevant, statistically speaking, than the percentage of total marriages that are between black and white people.

Tuskegee experiment was run in a black college with blacks working alongside the white researchers on voluntary patients. No one was intentionally infected with syphilis. When it first was started it was a decent study since there was no cure for syphilis but it became bad once they knew there was a cure. But leave it to all the blacks around, like the trustees at Tuskegee, to NOT notice that those patients weren't being offered the cure for DECADES. Blacks by themselves = Somalia, Haiti, Congo
