it always goes spazzy on the floor if u take it off from ur hand it will go better

hand launch it, it will always spin if you try to take it off....once its in the air press the trim buttons repeatedly i knew soeone whos took like 30 clicks to get straight so keep pressing it

it may be a problem with the tail pressing against the motor or possibly the main motor is a little to far away from the main gear restricting it, It could be a bad battery as well, If you click the trim button 20 or more times then try to launch it from your hand and it still wont hover, return it.

Also make sure the top stabilizer can rock freely with no resistance.

don't be afraid to exchange that one as well, it is possible for these things to be damiged during shipping easily.

I think it hovers, but I'll check once i recharge it, if it does hover but it still spins from the trim button is it possible to fix it?

If it will hover and spin then you should be able to fix it by adjusting the tails trim also if it came with a spare tail rotor try switching it out to see if the other one works better.

If it won't stay in the air, exchange it.
