We the people are financing through taxes the research and even the production in some cases of this so called "green technology" and then the private multi-national corporations are given the technology virtually free so they can then create oligarchies and charge us extortionate prices for energy.

Pretexts are created in order to manufacture consent among the masses in order to steal from us without us rebelling.

I think it is possible for the US to catch up, but it will take a lot of money and improved infrastructure in order for green policies to work. I hope Obama is able to do it.
