So now I mix can food with dry food and add a bit of olive oil...to lubricate the intestines...and cat does not barf up this crap anymore.

My cat does that when he eats grass... All cats will vomit when they eat grass... It's instinctual for them to eat grass when they don't feel well... I have cat grass outside for my cat (he's and indoor car) and when he eats it and comes inside I always watch him cause when he starts heaving I take him outside so he can throw up there rather than my carpet or expensive rug!!!
