During the SWW billions of tons of war materiel,be it tanks,planes,weapons,uniforms etc was produced,64 years later so little of it remains.Where has it all gone?Sure alot was used,destroyed and recycled but I dont think people realise the sheer quantities of materiel manufactured.It just seems to me that there seems so little left from this period,its very hard to obtain items of which millions upon millions were produced.Infact there are more repo's than originals now of even small items.

The war on Japan was probably the hardest thing ,the exception or equal being the winter war and the rest of the Russian campaign, anyway. Besides, Sweden was nuetral.
