Serafine is the daughter of David and Alex, not that they bring it up much in this movie. It's a very simple connection, and the movies really have little to do with each other, but this is indeed a continuation of the London version.

@HeLovesCulture I saw it on pay television quite a while ago, and I know sometimes they show different versions of movies. There was nothing really special about it. The camera zooms in on the babies face and then it blinks and reveals a set of glowing eyes for a second before the credits start. I've looked at the DVD over here in Australia and all it has is the theatrical trailer for the movie & nothing else. I agree that London is too much of a classic as well!

The werewolves in this don't even look like the one in American Werewolf in London. The London werewolf was more terrifying, its hard to see in that film but you can see this film got it totally wrong. I actually saw the actual model that Rick Baker made of American Werewolf in London, and its a completely different werewolf then in this one. Yes I know there are diff kinds of werewolves in diff movies. But when you make a sequel to something then something should be said for continuity. And a wolfman/underwold mix is not an american werewolf. Landis told Baker he wanted something like a all-fours "hound from hell" and thats what the London werewolf is. btw the spelling is "idiot" idiot.

I don't mind the computer animation; I think it looks pretty cool. It's the 'acting' I had a problem with: It wasn't fucking there. At the prospect of cutting out his girlfriend's heart, the 'actor' summons up all the dismay and horror of someone asked to take out the trash. Lead female was even worse.

Definitely not as good as AWIL but not bad--then again, this was not John Landis directing. CGI almost always kills a horror movie (only exceptions I've seen so far are King's Mist and Dreamcatchers, and indie flick Night Breeders-bad CGI, GREAT movie). I do have to say the soundtrack was great.

That is what i thought originally but Claude stole Seraphine blood in order to become a werewolf himself as (Seraphine explained in the part when she and Andy in her bedroom together))Seraphine at least as for as this movie was the head werewolf that is why Claude never killed her even though she was constantly trying to disrupt his plans and such e.g they never harmed her because if she died they would lose there werewolf ability

Movie was good. It certainly had better characters and development than Wolf of London, but designs for werewolves were bad. I liked that tension was there, imminent danger when a wolf was around. However, it's a shame they didn't use animatronics for transformations, would have made it perfect. CGI just doesn't cut it.
