It's a Money In The Bank match. Winner can challenge any champion they choose at any time the show is on.

Yeah but the game only allows 4 players and we need one slot for Nathan Scott, TXW's own commentator.

Not for online matches. Since you can only do up to 4 players online I guess THQ didn't feel the need to put MITB as an online playable match.
