Okay, so I have a noob website question, if I have a website hosted on a separate computer and make changes to it via an administer account usually from a different computer, do I have to download any documents (PDF files) to the computer I am hosting the site on?

i did a reconsideration request and i dont get a message from google i'm waiting now 3 days for a message but there is none.

I have filed numerous reconsideration requests, and have advised people on how to make changes to their sites before making a request... sometimes they even listened to me (the people I gave advice too)

Google as a rule never replies to reconsideration requests. There may be rare cases they do, but I haven't seen such a reply.

Wait about a week... you will be notified that Google has looked at it.

You won't hear anything else.. though you may see a change in rankings eventually
