I get the packages, too. It's always how I lose weight. But, remember the important thing is feeling great, looking great, and you're losing--not gaining! And you are looking awesome and sounding so great. What a difference!

Great video Bunny!!! I love the pesto...yum! I have a question about your herb garden. This year is the first year that I have decided to grow my own organic vegetable and herb garden. When I am pulling herbs to use, should I cut them, break them or what? Should it be from the base of the plant or the top? IS there a certain technique that you use? Thanks...sorry if this is pretty elementary stuff but I am just making it up as I go along!!! Thank you for your spirit!
I have tried several times to grow basil and it just dies. What am I doing wrong. I put it out in the sun an watered. The soil was good organic soil.
