  • The ladies of my country are exceedingly pretty

  • this video is atleast 20 years old. What do you expect from the crowd?? They were first time introduced to pop music.

  • wat the fuck:D:D look at audiance:D:D

  • I remember very well this song, i was in my late teens or early twenties and it went live on PTV, it was first time pop music show was aired officially.

  • wowwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • woooooooooooooooooow v r heaaaaaaaaaaaaaavy )

  • If only people knew wat the guitar wz doing at 3:20

  • the crowd should have clapped for the guitar, the crowd seems rather dumb

  • Classic Pop of our younger years...loved them!

  • 2 People Who have disliked this song don't Know what the True Music is they might be only used to listening creepy Indian Chahian Chahian type of songs...

  • Nazia hassan and Zohaib hassan introduice VITAL SINGS 1st time in musical 89 junaid jamsheed and his co great perfom in this musical event and after this shoaib mansoor produice video song for vital sings i thing this is a great band in 90s

  • Vital signs were the best........great band of all the times no one can match them as they have the abilities........and talent...........all the members of vital signs were handsome and smart......but now all their members are vanished.......where they had gone??????? Except JJ

  • @nadiarock91 Salman Ahmed still releases album in his name, Rohal Hyatt is now a producer (you should know Coke Studio ;)... it's his project!), Shahzad Hasan too is a producer (see Zoe Vicaji) & Aamir Zaki want to make a come-back (see his last song: Tumhari Aankhon Mein.)

    That's all I know!

  • absolutely amazing song...really inspiring awesome stuff

  • i love n miss JJ

  • he comes to Canada alot to give lectures

  • salman's guitar sounded best with vital signs

  • beautiful lyrics and sung by beautiful personality.....

  • Very inspirational and uplifting song! VS was among the few bands who had lyrics (Shoaib Mansoor) that didn´t corrupt your mind...it´s either about mohabbat in a respectful way or about loving your roots in a healthy way. PAKISTAN ZINDAHBAD!

  • amazing track of it times...good old Isb .. nostalgic

  • @khoobsurat01> shame on u!! its because of ppl like you that we pakistanis get a bad name..india has produced amazing musicians as well.. we deserve respect just as we do... as for being skinny and white.. i dont even think i wanna say anything to that..coz u cant get any shallower!! physical beauty isnt wat matters.u may be 'khobsurat' from the outside, but u have shown how ugly u r from the inside.

to my indian friends> i apologise on behalf of my arrogant, ignorant country man.plz ignore him

  • @shahandurrani

Thank goodness we have sane people amongst us! I responded the same way to Khoobsurah01, just not as kindly ;)

  • i saw this vdo , when i was in class 4, it was 1989, very peaceful era that was.

  • I love this era and all Pakistani songs, bands, culture etc love Pakistan and I wish that may this era come back again....

  • My God, they're so young, man time passes by so quickly, man i miss those days.

  • I think this show took place at PTV center, Karachi in 1988 or 1989 ...... phew! Long time anyway!

  • haaro bhi to haaro na yeh paygaam hai jeet ka .

haaro gay tabhi tumko maza aayega jeet ka.

INSHAALLAH hamari bhi jeet hogi bus thora sa hamain apnay apko sudhaarnay ki dair hai.. love PAKISTAN

  • ever green ban and ever green songs no one is like vital signs and no one will be like then bestes ever band in pakistan i rally agree that 80's and 90's was like a golden period but now its really Sucks

  • great song...

  • coz this is 20 years(1989) old video.

Love the song btw, its evergreen! .

Love the guitaring on this song too, gives me goosebumps.

Lyrics are very callm and beautiful.

    Love Pakistan.

  • I have very short, concise and true comments for Vital Signs - They were, are and will be the BEST from PAKISTAN, no other band did this quality work

Junaid Jamshed specifically my hero now even more as he draw interest in ISLAM

Love you Junaid and your friends

  • our 80's culture looks 10 times much better than the present, fukin Indians ruined it with there shity fuckin Dramas and movies.

  • i think the only reason is zia ul haq.

  • Truly agree with you, look the audeince damn they looks so pure and descent, just compare the crowd of present.full of tarts and slappers.

  • @salllu Ofcourse And i wish This Time Back , Our Country Was BEST At That Time

  • agreed 80s Pak ruled!

  • 90'S WAS GOOD TOO...now its just becoming westernized and losing its identity with all the foreign pakistanis or the wannabes coming over and the idiots there getting brainwashed by the indian and western media.....nothing against any body except the media they are fucked up !!! love the good clean innocent pakistan of the 80's and 90's

  • exactly!

  • @realsnakeater then don't watch indian stuff you dumbass.

  • awsome, I just found this 80's song on youtube heard it when i was only 4 yrs old and still remember that time lol

  • stop fighting & act like humans you'll

  • crowd is sleeping

  • Pakistan is not used to music like this, bring on a bollywood dance item and all the men are dancing. Pakistanis never understand Rock, especially islamabadis

  • This is probably 20 years ago... You should have been to their concerts back then. The crowds used to go ecstatic. This is a TV performance where the people are supposed to keep calm:P seems like you know nothing about islamabadis and music history here. Think before commenting..just an advice.

  • I've lived in islamabad for 12 years before moving to UK i know how these patwari bastards are they're tasteless fucks. That place is the harshest place in whole of pakistan compared to Lahore islamabadi/patwaris are like zombies! No offence if you're a patwari!

  • I understand your point. For making future references I am not a patwari. You totally missed on the point I was trying to make. There concerts at NAFDEC cinemas ( i dont know if they exist now) and other places in those times thrived of young people and were very tastefully celebrated. I unlike you chose to respects and honour my city and country with all its shortcomings.

  • I have no idea what are you talking about?as you said you lived in Islu for 12 years and there used to be no concerts and stuff,,i clearly remember the concerts in holiday INN,todays marriot back in late 80's and onwards 90's FJ college.the.bonfires,funfairs,concerts in bloom field, lahore lyceum, aitchison, and specially kinnard college(KC)it was a mega scene.yeh for sure now it has all vanished,i think back in a days were awesome.

  • no fuck no man there weren't any concerts in the 80s i joined college in 93 atchison in lahore and when i visited islamabad it was a dead zone no night life whatsoever everybody went to sleep at 8 freakin o clock and there were no where you could go except for margala hills and there were threats of mountain lions there.

  • dude lets enjoy this vdo..and only talk of the beauty of pakistan

any hindu shud be banned from this web site and comments deleted..these people were ruled by us and will remain our slaves..please ignore dirty hindus..thanks.

  • beautiful lyrics beautiful sng

  • haron gey to haaro na

haron gey tabhi tumko maza aye ga jeet ka!!!

now thats lyrics!!! not acrib ma car n all!!!

  • urtay hon, kaheen jugnoo

    k bethi ho titleee kaheen....

    superb lyrics...class music...astonishing composition....VS roxxx....Love u Pakistan and Love u Pakistanis ! (Proud holder of a green passport)

  • well said! (whatever ur real name is..)

  • i totally agree with the comment below.. but perhaps u're towing the same line; just look at ur screen name.. the future would definitely be more horrific with such hatred in the name of religion.

  • Well said my friend. How would u describe all dose blasphemous comments dat de Indians & Hindus leave on Pakistani videos? I never thought of making an account wid a username as bad as dis, but my patients were exhausted when I saw Indians & Hindus rebuking Allah (S.W.T.) & Mohammad (S.A.W.) on almost every Pakistani or Islamic Video. Bhai jaan aap mein bardasht hogi per mujh mein khatum hogayee hey. Mein in hindu ko kiya haar pehnao jo humaray Pakistan ko tabha kernay per tolay hoay hein?

  • Every Pakistani knows what RAW is doing on the western borders of Pakistan and you expect me to give them respect. I just wish that someday I catch a hindu writing blasphemous comments, I would bust his head open no matter what the aftermath is.

  • i understand you apprehensions, and i do agree with you. even then, this is not what our religion teaches us.. Prophet(S.A.W) himself set examples of tolerance and patience; a role model for his followers .. i think we can win hearts and minds by following the same examples.

  • Like u said, Mohammad (S.A.W.) teaches us a lesson of tolerance. No wonder he does but everything has a limit. If tolerance was da only way 2 spread Islam and win hearts of people, den our beloved Mohammad (S.A.W.) and Sahaba Karaam wouldn't have fought wars against Kuffaar. Even Allah (S.A.W.) loses His temper when v do something bad exceedingly, despite da fact dat He loves us more dan anybody else couldn't even think of.

  • Speaking of Tolerance, I personally feel that we must be tolerant with our family members, relatives and friends. But we can't be tolerant with someone who disrespects Allah (S.W.T.), Mohammad (S.A.W.) or the Holy Quran. Dere r only 2 ways 2 deal wid dese kinds of people, either teach them a lesson of their lifetime, or if they regret their mistake and apologize from da bottom of their hearts, forgive them.

  • Socha bhi hey ae mard-e-musalman kabhi tunay

Kya cheez hey foulad ki shamsheer-e-jigar dar

Us bayt ka ya misra-e-awal hey kay jis mein

Posheeda chalay atay hein touheed kay asrar

Hey fikr mujhay misra-e-sani ki zyada

Allah karay tujh ko ata faqr ki talwar

Qabzay mein ye talwar bhi ajaye to momin

    Ya Khalid-e-Janbaz hey ya hyder-e-karaar

    Allam Iqbal

  • your words give an aroma that you are an under cover hindu agent

who wants to give a bad name to muslims

  • Those were the days when people were decent enough to realize what's good and what's bad. You know what astonishes me, is the crowd's behavior. Look at the girls, they are just sitting in their chairs and enjoying good music. Unlike these days, when girls go nuts and they jump off the floor like it is being electrocuted. Someone bring me Time Machine, I wanna go back in time instead of future. Because the future just looks horrific.

  • Pakistani pop songs are billion times better than Indian .........its a non biased approach from a guy not even pakistani...............my room mate is Pakistani and he plays both type of songs but Pakis song rock!!!!! I'm gettin used them ........loved the message in this song!!!!

  • @babablacksheep2009 I honestly don't you can make a comparison between "Pakistani" and "Indian" songs, as each country has thousands of different localities and each of those has its own musical variety. You just make yourself appear narrow-minded when you make sweeping comparisons like this.

And there's no point in saying you have a 'non-biased' because bias simply means a preference to one thing over another without providing any evidence... Clearly, you're biased.

  • Come on Pakistanis. Lets get rid of the shit thats messin up our PAkistan right now! lets put aside our differences and come together as one Pakistan.

    Pakistan Zindabad.

  • Pakistan is my Life...whatever we are Proud of Pakistan, at this crcial time of our country we all should show our solidarity with motherland and defeat its enemies. My request to all Pakistanis all over the world.

  • crowd's just sitting

  • ICG kee kakeyan ;)

  • vital signs rock ...

  • the guitars are not plugged in but surprisingly they still sound good

  • Salman is makin that guitar cry!!!!!

  • Dear friends no matter which part of world v goto, Pakistan is our home, always respect and love pakistan. Lovely song by lovely band, who unfortunately couldnt get as much hight outside Pakistan as they could have, due to weak media we had those days. alot better then many shit indian bands that we admire, for sure!!!

  • I agree with you my friend, these guys are the best, no indian band can come close. Good looking, handsome and healthy not like skinny dark hindus lol

  • @khoobsurat01 apparently you still suffer from an inferiority complex to these Hindus since you have to compare them to Vital Signs just to feel better. Learn more tolerance.

  • @khoobsurat01 dude, i agree about the music but please keep religion and racism out of it...am sure you're not the whitest person around(even compared to other pakistanis).

  • Comment removed

  • @khoobsurat01 "Skinny, dark Hindus"? So ALL Muslims are not skinny and not dark? How narrow-minded are you? Pakistan--actually change that to ALL countries have skinny people? And dark? Good lord, hat's wrong with being dark? Should all darker-skinned people use facial cream that makes them fair?

I am amazed that your comment is highest rated. Pakistan is ashamed to have people like you represent us.

  • @iceandfire212

Ignore these idiots. Apart from being wrong, they make the religion RACIAL. Their ancestors who were in India were ALSO HINDUS. And yes, there are Muslims of ALL COLORS. Islam is an ideology and nothing else. If you want to make it racial, technically speaking EVERYBODY IS A NON-MUSLIM except the original Arabs from the Arabian Peninsula.

  • @atlanticl

    Cheers, my educated friend!

  • @khoobsurat01 u bloody badsurat, u dnt knw hw to talk & behave!!

if u compare india & pakistan......without biased thoughts, u wil find pakistan nowhere!!!!

ur govt. love terrorist, & tries to make terror in india too.....

    but alwaz fails!!!

  • @khoobsurat01 there is no need to be racist against Hindus. They are also created by God.

  • @khoobsurat01 There are Pakistani Hindus too you ignorant bigot.

  • Comment removed

  • @khoobsurat01 Dude, there's no difference between Pakistani Hindus/Sikhs and Muslims! The Kapoors in Bollywood were from today's Faisalabad, they are certainly not 'skinny dark, etc' ! Respect, and be respected!

  • @roxor1080

HEY MY MAN I AGREE, THEY HAVE TALENT, I LOVED THEM, MY FATHER WAS A PHOTOGRAPER AND WE TOOK THIER PICS IN A PHOTO SHOOT WHEN THEY DID A COMMERCIAL FOR OXFORD SWEATERS WAY BACK THEN, LOL, I WAS ONLY 10 YEARS OLD. BUT PLEASE DONT DIS THE INDIA/HINDUS AS THEY ARE OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS, AND BEAUTY IS IN THE EYE OF THE BEHOLDER DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE FAIR OR DARK, THATS JUST BULL SHI., RESPECT ONE ANOTHER, YEAH I LOVE VITAL SIGNS, TOO BAD THEY DID NOT HAVE YOU TUBE OR OTHER MED

  • @khoobsurat01

Pakistani artists are loved in India. Hindus or Muslims all are human. and art is not a commodity of any race, it comes from heart and so loved by all.

  • @khoobsurat01

Your mentality shows how badsoorat you are :X

  • @FaheemTareen hahahaha....perfectly said!

  • Isnt it amazing that Pakistan with its restrictions on music, creativity and just every thing NOT 30 years old can come up with better bands than the creativity rich India with its liberal and open policies toward music. I just always found that amazing

  • @eddysid You are absolutely right. Great talent but not appreciated as they really deserve. It is very tragic.

  • @eddysid

    agree with you.

  • Pakistani pop rocks!!! or rather, 'used to' rock! I've always loved this song.

  • Junaid bhai is still one of my favourite, though he is not singing at all but we grew up listening his awsome songs...

  • This crowd is so into it!

  • he could've been one of the best singers of the subcontinent .. but he gave it up for something he thinks is better.. i admire his choice & resolution!

  • salman ahmed bonga moochon wala guitarist ...

  • nai yaar .............nice solo

I haven't been there in several years, even if I constantly tried to go. But I will go there again someday Insha-Allah, YES, YES! This nation should be filled with liberty, peace, nonviolence, and justice for all. AMEEN. Pakistan Zindabad!

And I love this song too. The Vital Signs rule...

  • awesome song. dead crowd..feel bad for the guys performing

  • This performance is from the show Music 89 hosted by Nazia and Zoheb Hassan, the pioneers of pop music in Pakistan.

  • Beautiful song... A real song with an edge and a lot of substance. Pakistani rock musicians should learn more from this and junoon.

  • hmmm nice song and nice video.

  • haha One and only Good solo by Salman ahmed..... usually guitarists in the world go better on their guitar skill and its opposite for salman ahmed ... over the year he got worst :D

  • classic.

  • What a dead crowd, Looks like there was a big danda behind for anyone who would stand up and cheer.

  • hahah I was just thinking that, but I guess that's how dead the audience used to be back then..

  • the audience is not dead. they are descent and civilized rather than west or today,s vulgar, immodest and punks.

  • i think it was Music '89. Jupiters was also introduced in the same show.

  • Great voice great song...thanks for uploading
