yeah black metal is chanching,maybe you know the band endstille?it´s something totaly different like bathory,burzum,mayhem or darkthrone,but it´s blackmetal,and i like it,but there should be some old bands like that or new bands that play the good old black metal,that´s maybe just my opinion..

@GoatlordCH Black metal cannot die, because it was never alive. It's gone from being underground music in Norway, to having listeners worldwide. The whole ideology of Satanism (a strong ideology in black metal) is to grow stronger and improve; that's what black metal bands are trying to do. Move on from the bad production and be more creative, yet without sounding appealing to mainstream audiences who aren't worthy.

So black metal is not dying at all. It's never been stronger!

For example have you heard the new band "eastern front" that started in 2006?

It's not symhonic or anything but man they are awesome got a great drummer.

Gorgoroth it's let's say a kinda new black metal style band and it's awesome..

And I think the combination of let's say folk\viking metal with black metal that's pure geniousness it gives a very special cool sound.
