GT130M is way better than HD4570 :). I don't think you would run GTA IV on 4570 (I mean in a smooth way).

HD 4650 is way better than GT130M so it may run better.

No, definitely not. I play on low/medium details with average 20 fps so it's not so smooth.

Choose wisely. BTW Lenovo Y550 with GT240M is way cheaper than Asus G51VX with GTX260M :). But way better too I think.
