Most modded minis here have them.

But the vechicle must be driven at a height of 100mm or more, or you could get a defect notice from the highway patrol.

its a defect notice, they stick it on the top left hand corner of ya front windscreen to let other coppers know the car is defective and you have a certain time to have it removed

no they are not......... they are our club membership stickers.......... they were designed as the same shape, size and positioned on the trucks the same as a yellow sticker............ its was done as a quiet fuck you to the WA police force............. hahahaha
