I did everything you said and got to the point at 01:30, but the preparing doesn't start. Why is that? Can it be fixed? I'm using a Alienware M17X with powerful specs and got Windows 7 if that info helps..

Please help, i understand the process but i cant make it work. I managed to convert to jpegs but can not import the jpegs into imovie 11. I can see the files but they are not highlighted and can not select them.
