what the video doesnt tell u is that ur also working ur core/arms/chest/back along with the legs ;). this is one of my fav exercises to do ;o cus it gets tough after awhile ESPICALLY if u have p90x and insanity like i do >.>

ive been doing the abs lvl 2 for 3 months now and i see a lil'tinny result but like nothing man. why? im eating well also. i lost 30 pounds. now i weight 136. im 5.8''.
now im doing soccer in school. so i run a lot thus i eat more, but im watching my weight. but why wont the abs show 100% developed?
@destrover5 Could be genetics. For some people, no matter how much or hard they work out, they won't get the 'washboard' abs just because that's how their body is.
