  • @jacksta246 yes anything that causes an elevated heart rate can burn fat, the more intense cardio, the higher the heart rate, the more oxygen gets around the body, the more fat is burnt.

This exercise, packed with endless possibilities, seperates the kids from the adults, taxing all the main muscle groups, developing explosivenesses, beating up the mmajor leg muscles, playing the heart like a dixie fiddle, and, yes, torching fat. All done in your living room on the floor.

Anyone with good sense regarding workouts would not use this exercise as a quad exercise per se; it is more of a whole body strengthening and (moreso) conditioning powerhouse (it develops explosiveness, too) of an exercise. Stop trying to sound like an expert about things you obviously know littel, if anything at all, about.

  • ive been doing the abs lvl 2 for 3 months now and i see a lil'tinny result but like nothing man. why? im eating well also. i lost 30 pounds. now i weight 136. im 5.8''.

    now im doing soccer in school. so i run a lot thus i eat more, but im watching my weight. but why wont the abs show 100% developed?

  • @destrover5 Could be genetics. For some people, no matter how much or hard they work out, they won't get the 'washboard' abs just because that's how their body is.
