The SNL version is not only far more energetic, but it takes the song to a whole 'nother conceptual level. It's performance art. The hair, the clothes, the shoes and Robyn's moves and expressions all recreate the girl in the song with far more detail and emotion. It's like a coming-of-age movie condensed into a 4-minute pop song.
