personally i much prefer the Riva. check out my review of the 901 version of the Riva.........do a youtube search for "901 Riva" and you should find the review at the top of the list. the same supplier also sells the 510 version :)

Are they banning home tabletop humidifiers/vaporizers as well? All these are are miniature version of that with maybe some aromatherapy thrown in. Guess no one wants to lose their slaves paying all those tobacco taxes. Absolutely disgusting what drug dealers, in this case governments, will resort to to keep their customers.

hi mate,

i use professional equipment when making these vids and have pretty much got a full studio set up in my home. ive invested a lot of money into it as i now work full time as a videographer shooting promos, commercials, corporate vids etc.

it is possible to get a similar effect with consumer equipment though and i would recommend you google "greenscreen" to get you on the right track :)

hi mate,

just pull the cart out and then add 2 to 3 drops straight onto the atomiser.

2 to 3 drops should give you about 15 - 20 good inhales before you would need to drip again.

I fully charged the battery, it went from red to green after roughly 4 hours, the LED does light up, the atomiser doesn't get warm, nothing happens besides the LED lighting. I tried the other battery to be sure and the same result

in that case mate it sounds like the atomiser is at fault rather than the actual 905. do you have a spare DSE 901 atomiser to try it with?

either way, contact the seller asap and ask for a new atomiser to be sent.

unfortunately i have no spare, this was my first ecig, i bought it based on your review. I have also ordered the 701 e-cigar as a gift for my dad, hopefully that will work.

I was just gonna ship the whole unit back to outlet tomorrow, are the atomisers prone to breaking so quick?

well they usually last longer than 10 minutes! lol

on average, a atomiser will last anywhere between 4 - 8 weeks though you will normally see a dip in performance after 3 - 4 weeks.

sometimes you can get very unlucky and have a duff one sent out with the kit, though it is quite rare.

i think you was just unlucky mate :(

but hopefully the seller will sort you out :)

Thank you, for all of your reviews. you've helped me in making a great decision. I just revived my

V3 905dse.. Version 3..

The only difference I can find, they have done away with the power on/off button on the bottom.

V3 has no on/off button instead just the manual button, it powers up when battery is inserted..

It also looks like they have went back to the old 901 atomizers with out the ring inside. Mine are great. Thanks again for all your wonderful reviews..!!!

granted, there have been instances where people have purchased a defective one...........but i bet you will find the exact same thing with many, many other e-cigs as well. ive had 510's, 901's etc fail.......but it doesnt mean that all 510's, 901's etc are all bad! lol

yep, i did watch Grimms vid. and like i said before, just because it failed doesnt mean they all will. i bet even your fave the silver bullet has had a few failures too but again that wouldnt mean they are all bad.

my 905 works well and hasnt even shown any signs of failing...........so that must mean they are all great........yes?

due to all the Cisco, Trogg, Screamer copying issues, the 905 problems are being highlighted more so than others.

ive even tried to remove the led ring but mine definitely seems to be fastened in there tightly. no movement at all.

even in my reply to one of the 1st comments posted on this vid i said that i wanted it to be rubbish as i wanted to give it a poor score. but mine is solid and working great.........so i have to review it as such. if mine had fell apart like Grimms then i would have said the same as him! lol

i think you will find that in fact the BB and silver bullet is far more expensive than a 905!

the BB and silver bullet are $99 just for the body!!!!!!!! once you add on the charger, batteries, atomisers, carts etc its more than double the cost of a 905!

Mine cost £27 direct from China without a charger since I already had one. I was ordering liquid anyway so postage was going to be paid. For that price I was quite happy with the quality of it. The master switch on the bottom does occasionally stay in the off position when the button gets rotated which is remedied by rotating it back again. Other than that I've had no problems and it looks good and 14500 batteries seem to last forever.

I like the LED too.. I like to know when I have activated the battery.. just personal preference. As you would expect the price is actually reasonable for this mod. I understand why the original SD was pricey because it is was essentially hand-made.. but the new SD MkII is mass produced and doesn't really need to be as pricey as it is.

I like the led idea. I usually have to put my little finger a cm away from the end most times on a normal 901 to make sure it's vaping.

It's also lets you know if it's switched on.. lolz :)

Nice review, but i have two problems with this product. 1 i can't see the point of an led on a mod and 2. this is a complete copy on thogs screwdriver, and he should get paid to have essentially created the concept on this.

to be honest, i think 2 people got screwed over with this e-cig. 1. yes, its a complete rip off of Trogs screwdriver and 2. this one was actually designed by a forum member called "cisco". he tried to sell it to the manufacturer and they just pinched it from him!

i was kinda hoping it would be crap, but as an unbiased reviewer i had to still review it fairly......and it is a good e-cig. the SD is way better built though!
