Then we sulute
  • we do almost the same in our guides in scotland but ours is faster and we repeat like days done days done days done and so on until from the sea from the hills from the sky-y-y

all is well well well and so on and we say G-d

  • @prettysocks87 All of our guides are atheists but the Captain is extremely religious so to respect her beliefs we say G-d, but when she doesn't attend we get the choice of G-d or peace. Amazing how the world can be joined together in one organization! Our unit meet on Thinking Day, and I hope to be able to tell them about this video :)

  • We do almost the same over in England! We say "G-d is nigh" at our guides.

  • @BluespecsTV

Many/most units here say G-d is nigh as well. Our promise was recently changed to reflect being a non-religious organization, and the long-time leaders in our unit (me and others) are athiest.. So peace is nigh is far more relevant to us.
