well, you speak both Portuguese and English very good, you must be another Brazilian English speaker...I sense that the main point in this video is to teach Portuguese for English natives speakers, that means, you use Portuguese making translations to English...nice work, at last I have found a country woman who speaks English!!!!

Oi :) Muito obrigada. I grew up in Recife and my family is from Fortaleza, Rio, and São Paulo. My accent is a bit mixed, I think.

Yes, there will definitely be more videos soon. I am working on a couple of web lessons and that is why I have not created new videos. The lessons will be sort of an audio-visual phrase book. They should be up in November. Hopefully I will post new videos before that.

Cool, never met anyone from any further north than Rio! But I guess it's because I've been working in a Churrascaria after I moved from Australia to florida. Was going to learn Spanish when I went tohere but after looking at it, I thought it was a better option to learn Portuguese and I must say how there is more similarities between the cultures of Australia and Brazil than between us and America. It's like I found long lost brothers and sisters! Looking forward to my first trip very soon!
