You get it through battling the criminals in the underworld, fight your evil clone and you'll get it.

If you use its gun, then its bomb, and melee before the bomb hits, it has a huge, unavoidable combo.

ummmm it isnt full, and there's two ways to get x-ray : number one, beat coyote before going to the robo cup, and number two, buy it from the day accountant at the police station for $500
