His physical appearance is like something out of A Clockwork Orange, his role as Shilo's guide is a strange blend of Willy Wonka and the Big Bad Wolf, and his additional function as the Opera's narrator seems thematically reminiscent of the role of Che in Evita.

I've always had a question with this movie. Why wouldn't Rotti have Nathan train more Repo Men> I mean, if this is a global thing (which is implied), then why wouldn't there be more. If there were, Nathan wouldn't have to reposess Mag's eyes and by extension, his fate would be averted, because Rotti could get another Repo Man to do it. I mean, I enjoy this movie, but that's a nagging question that has been nagging at me since I watched it

Fun fact: This was never intended to be the opening. It was actually filmed 3 months after they finished. They recorded Terrance (Graverobber) singing, and decided to use it because the movie needed a stronger opening. Also, because it was after production, and Anthong Stewart Head (Nathan/Repo man) had gone back home, that's actually Terrance in the Repo Man costume.

Hands down a really AWESOME MOVIE that stomps the gay High School musical to shame... with brilliant intelligent music, and this is pretty unique and original from the other musicals I've seen in the past.

Now that I think about it... I also wish there were more Metal, Rock bands that can have an Opera style type of music...there are a few out there, but not many.
