You should change the name of your list to "Most embarassing to be seen in", but not all of these are all bad. I worked in a mechanic shop for years, and knew of quite a few customers who had some of these cars that seemed to last forever. One was a Geo Metro that had about 500k miles and was still going strong. He drove in to work 200 miles a day round trip, and got about 45 mpg too! Way better than the newer cars' claims for gas mileage. the Ford Escort on the other hand was pure junk!

Geo Tracker should be on the list of the 20 best cars ever made. I know, I actually have one. It has 270K miles on it, over 100K I put on, and it still runs great. It cost me an absolute total number, including every last expense associated with it, of 18 cents a mile. You can't beat that. Plus completely stock it goes through trails modified YJs get stuck in. I know, I've off-roaded with one.
