Excellent plan and flow. I particularly liked the message and how it was conveyed. I have an issue with some of the wording. I think the speech can be rewritten with some more poetic word usage. I'm also not a big fan on the delivery. The words should be spoken to inspire and instead they are spoken very monotone.

Regardless, from a speech writing perspective, with a little bit of polish, this could be an excellent speech.
