@TheMarihuana98 I did a report on this for my health class, its actually a form of gangrene. The thing is, you have to have some kind of heart problem or open wound to actually get severely infected. Gangrene becomes dangerous because your body can't get oxygen to a site of trauma. its highly unrealistic that you would get that sick that fast just by drinking water with bacteria in it. You could die if it was anthrax or something, but it would be much quicker and wouldn't be as disgusting.

Have you seen 28 days later? this creeps the shit out. because actually it's very possible and plausible that a disease ravages civilizations. You shall watch contagion.
