  • Old School wrestling will always put today's crap to shame !

  • I used to go to the coliseum in Richmond to watch the old Midatlantic. Those were the days. That is when we watched wrestling and not all this theatre. It was real guess work then as to who would win. I miss the days of the early 70s with Hawk and Hanson, Weaver and Nelson, The Royal Kangaroos, Sandy Scott and Nelson Royal. I consider myself lucky to have been a part of the real stuff....

  • Man, I wish they would put out a huge dvd box set of 70's and 80's wrestling... ya know the great stuff?? Masked Superstar, The Spoiler, The Grahams, Stan Hansen, The Great Kabuki, Dusty Rhodes, Abdulla the Butcher, Ox Baker, Bill Watts, Even Skan dor Acbar!!! I miss the fire!!! Gordon Solie in Atlanta!!! Sorry to ramble , but those are just a minor few that I really miss. Like them or hate them,, it was entertaining and didn't look so lame like todays.

  • I'd rather watch this that today's "sports entertainment" crap any day!

  • I first saw Igor wrhen he wrestled 4 the IWA. He fought with Dick The Bulldog Brower. Tommy Young was their Ref.

  • This is the original Mighty Igor and the better of the two.

  • My first favorite wrestler

  • Masked Superstar had burned Igor's eye during a tag team match with Kim Duk against Igor and Tiger Conway, Jr. This act propelled Superstar to the top of the chain with the other heels like Ric Flair, Greg Valentine, Blackjack Mulligan, and The Hollywood Blondes.

  • Wow, that was in a tag match? I didn't remember that part.

  • @ccie12933 Just manager interference.

  • the video here is crappy, but at least this looks like the Igor that I knew of from the 70's

  • LOL Igor wasnt Ivan Putski. Igors real name was Dick Garza & Ivan Putskis real name is Josef Bednarski. He always wrestled as Ivan Putski & had no other ringnames.Mighty Igor passed away in 2002. Ivan Putski is still alive at age 68 & is a retired security guard.

  • one of the legendary angles in Mid Atlantic history.
