  • Kernow, a nation once again

  • Very very nice music..

  • Now I've seen this I am looking forward to seeing them tonight in Tunbridge Wells.

  • The history of Cornwall from the late tudor period to today, that sporned the words in this song is a very sad tale, yet they still cling on and steadfastly keep their Celtic heritage alive. I just bought the book Cornwall A History by Philip Payton, do buy it, it's very honest and comprehensive of the whole history and well researched.

  • God bless the cornish, from a welsh brother with cornish ancestry, Pascoe and Kitto stand proud

  • you should have been down at brighton 2011 , nice quiet gig

  • Did Joseph once come to St Michaels Mount?

  • Such a beautiful song. I'm 15 and i LOVE this band XD I'm going to see them in October-long time to wait, but so excited anyway!! thanks for posting x

  • Going to see them next weekend at Chagstock, hope they do this and Blue Cockade, worth checking out if you don't know the song.

  • Saw them at Glastonbury last weekend and they had the whole tent signing this! Truly beautiful.

  • they r the best! my grandma knows them and they are really nice guys. Met with phil and he gave me some tips for my music

  • I watched Steve Knightley's solo gig at Devoran Village Hall in Cornwall. Tiny, but intimate venue, he did not stand on the stage but on the floor. Made everyone feel part of the act - who do you know that chats to the audience during the interval rather than disappearing off stage? A true musician, a man of the people, and a credit to the name folk musician.

Can't wait to see him with Phil and Miranda - it's bound to be better with a Cornishman on stage!

Good luck, and love, to them all.

  • @dpaultreweek I've noticed that too. The only other person who does that is Martyn Joseph when he playes smaller venues :)

  • My too I'M a Cornishman. Take me home!

  • ' ROOTS' the 'best of' collection' can now only be purchased through Sotheby's ... Superb stuff.

  • Not true - bought this double CD at their London gig a couple of weeks ago! I'm Scottish but can really relate to their lyrics and music.

  • @duncane17 Welcome to our music there is a lot more of it than may of your nation know. I'm so happy you like thier music and I hope you come down to the west Country one day. Cousin Jack'll be waiting for you with a good glass of ale.

  • I love these guys. They're amazing musicians and are all pretty nice too - Miranda's funny. Abbotsbury is a really good annual gig of theirs - very mellow and fun.
