I own the Helio Ocean. It is NOT a "Smart phone" per the definition, it is a "feature based" phone. That being said, I have owned Pocket PC phones, and Treos before, and the Ocean performs almost all of the same functions.

the helio ocean is an excellent phone. but it has MANY problems: the AIM takes forever, the internet freezes (ALOT), and the phone locks automatically sometimes!!!! here's my review. because (i know this sounds weird) but i've had all four of these phones.

One thing to note, is that Helio now has the ALL IN plan (which I just signed up on).. $150 for unlimited Voice AND Data.. No other service provider is giving that. Plus you're on Sprint's 3G network which is hands the the fastest out there.. You also have to realize that you aren't supporting the huge conglomerate AT&T who is trying to take over the world. That alone gave Helio my support and I'm continuing to tell people about this company!
