  • LOOOL

  • only legend like kieron

  • *Umpire Davies.

  • Was the sun that hot or was he blushing???

  • the umpire was like " oh this mother fucker out-smarted me " with a smile

  • PREPLANNED !!!! funny !!!

  • U guys to no that is not umpire parker that is steve Davis

  • why does the batsman have a black bat?

  • Didnt outfox the batsman:/

  • legend

  • Does it not stand to reason that he just lost his run up and got to his delivery stride, and when he realised stopped? It was a no ball because he lost his run up, and the umpire called it as soon as he saw the foot? He didn't react to the call or anything, that's impossible to react in that time period..

  • i really used to love watching stanford 20/20

  • @oliviannify yea dude i had dreams of makin trinidad side to have shot a d milion myself or getting pic stanford sde but he ruin it wit hi greed

  • isn't he from trinidad & tobago ?? so how was he bowling against them ?

  • @shantal577 he was playing for the Stanford Superstars. They ended up winning against England also in the T20 for 20 match.

  • @shamsmi wait a minute . so this was basically " WEST INDIES VS TRINIDAD & TOBAGO " ???? thats cool could you post the whole highlights please

  • @shantal577 they played a 20/20 match were trinidad and tobago played against a side stanford pic and pollard was on standford side

  • brilliant :D

  • I didn't understand it, could someone please explain :)

  • @prashantparikh umpire called/shouted a no ball...so if he released the ball it would be an extra run(s). Instead he opted not to release the ball resulting in a dead ball.

  • is this the same pollard as the great batter

  • @waspsrugbydude151410 yup, this was during the Stanford Twenty20 for 20 match.

  • @shamsmi thank you so much mate

  • @waspsrugbydude151410 Great batter? BAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH!

  • @pubuman lol just a one handed beast really

  • The umpire is just doing his job here he showed that he aint such a good umpire!!

  • WOW hilarious!

  • Hmm...wondering if it could hav been intentional to have that WOW moment...you know overstep and do not release the ball..will be interesting to see by how far he overstepped..

  • What A PLAYER!!!

  • @medikonroids thanks 4 in4ming. so funnyyyyyyyyy

  • Smart guy. I wonder if the batting team got the extra run for that ball.

  • @chuprichachi1 no, its a dead ball. didn't count for anything.

  • Kieron Pollard is quite possibly the worst bowler ever to bowl in international cricket, there are bowlers at my club that are better than him

  • @saintcasper91 so? that is not what the video is about. Can you do any better?

  • awsum

  • NO BALL... no.

  • Not embarrassing for the umpire

  • great game cricket

  • lamo

  • I'd say he more just knew it was a no ball himself so he pulled up

  • LOL brilliant !

  • smart !

  • Sorry, but it's not that he didn't let the ball go because he heard the call, the call starts after he would have released it, plus you need reaction time. He didn't let it go probably because he felt his run up wasn't right and it was likely to be a no-ball.

  • fake pollard planned it, to get an ipl contract

  • the umpire isnt embarrassed you nutjob.

a no ball is called as soon as it happens. so he made the right call, pollard just held on.

  • Pollard ownz lol

  • get ur basics of cricket right man....umpire can change his decesion on d spot if he wants

  • so the saying " umpire decision is final" does not apply here.

  • @bharathreddy74 I'll explain to you what happened:

    1) Pollard's front foot landed over the line

    2) Umpire called no-ball

    3) Pollard didn't release the ball, most likely because he felt his run-up went too far therefore turning that passage of play dead

    4) Umpire let the scorers know what he did was wrong by 'changing his decision'

    Thanks for reading!

  • @TheReadingStudent i dont think so dude bcz its impossible to notice the difference between few inches difference by any bowler, he has dine the same thing in this ipl too,,

  • @pavan4748 You obviously don't bowl - because bowlers CAN tell.

  • @TheReadingStudent i agree but if it so then bowlers wouldnt have bowled no balls at all...

  • @pavan4748 ... You lack any common sense. "Bowlers CAN tell" not "Bowlers can ALWAYS tell"

  • @TheReadingStudent Oh is it,,, You seem to be great,,, LOL

  • that is pretty smart work!

    i wanna try tht move

  • lol, Once when i was fielding at slip this one bowler did the same thing and followed thru full like he bowled a normal ball, Anyway the keeper bursted out "That was a quick ball mate, Did you see it?!" LMAO! And the next ball he nicked to the keeper by the way and was on his bike :)

  • amazing!!!!

  • Holy shit. Thats quite incredible.

  • Quite ingenious!! Needs practice though, i guess!!

  • excelllent

  • it all depends on wheather the ball left his hand or not. very clever work from this gieant hitter

  • he is finished with his bowling action when umpire says no

  • Remember sound travels and therefore we got a delay. Its like watching a 100m race sometimes it appears the runners start before the gun goes off but in actuality there is a delay in sound.

  • @khariinaction not really, the stump mic is at most 2 metres away from the umpire. Sound travels at roughly 340 metres/second. So it would take 0.006 seconds for the sound to reach the mic. Very small difference, practically unnoticeable. You're right with the 100m thing though because for every hundred metres there is a delay of 0.3 seconds. Unlikely that he stopped because of the umpire, more likely he stopped because he knew he got his delivery stride wrong.

  • @khariinaction But i think we hear it from a mic... probably the stump mic which is closer than the bowler...

  • @khariinaction but its just a matteer of seconds!

  • @khariinaction Actually, the microphone is in the stumps, which are closer to the umpire than the bowler (being at the crease). Clearly it is just a coincidence that the bowler withdraws from the bowl (likely as he knew he was overstepping) not because he heard the call.

  • I must do that in a match...

  • Doesn't he finish his action without letting go before the umpire says no! Just listen carefully.

  • haha smart guy!

  • brilliant work pollard!
