You mean No One has actually tried to make a model railway layout of the RH&DR? I would think that would be a challenge because you would have to use out of scale figures and buildings for the layout, on top of finding a way, if your using " 00 " scale, To find figures that would be the engine's drivers, not to mention having to scratch build the passenger cars.
