I don't approve of what he did at all, but I truly feel sorry for this guy. Mental illnesses are real. He was stuck in his own world and couldn't get out. You cant imagine how frustrating that must have been. People who are aloof, strange, 'douche-like' and selfish don't do these types of things, psychos do. Cho Seung Hui wasn't bullied very much, if at all. He had serious mental problems from a very young age, but this is not a bullying issue. Everybody seems to try to turn this into some cookie cutter "he was bullied til he snapped" type tragedy, which is simply not the case.

Notice the manifesto and the diatribe, the packet of photos and so forth are censored. Nowhere are they to be found. Perhaps they contain what he refers to in this complaint of his. Perhaps the pictures are of him being tortured, or others being tortured, by the authorities. When he sent his information to NBC and nothing happened, he obviously assumed NBC had chosen to cover it up rather than put it on TV or radio and that his life was over. Why Cho has to make his actions seem like something grander than just his expression of rage is beyond me. Actual adults who shoot up their workplace don't make the deed seem like some great plight other than feeling wronged by that one particular institution.
