computer builder here, go to safe mode and delete anything you just added, (its caused by a program running upon startup) if it only happened recently do the above, (safe mode is hitting the key "F8" after the bios screen goes away, and before the windows logo appears.
a temp. fix should work if u make a new user on the computer and it should stop that problem for a while. If all else fails, back-up everything to an external hard drive, and re-install windows (put windows disc in b4 booting)
Unfortunately, no I have not found a solution for this problem. I tried countless things to fix it, but it seems like a reinstall is the only solution. I don't think NOD32 has anything to do with as I had this problem before I got the anti virus.
P.S. this prob doesn't happen all the time, only once every 4 to 5 start-ups.
Tuneup utilities download as fast as u can and then programs executed at startup winlogon.exe

this is so funny the minute this hapend to me i knew what to do ijust needed to do recovery boot and it rebooted my pc.

this is called driver problems if u wernt updating or u got viruses ur drivers cant function proper for the computer needs to making you get the bsod

thats exactly what my comp does...have you found a fix for it? BTW I also have Nod32 antivirus. I think this might have something to do with that.
