hmmm 1.6 mivic, believe it's a 176 bhp engine isn't it :) I have a 1.8 gti myself and i love it. real fast, under 7.5 sec at 100 km/h, smoked many vw gti's and vr6, crx etc :) but the only thing that hurts me.... why for gods sake would you take a cold engine to 7000 rpm, would you kill it :s

cause I have the 1800cc 16V DOHC GTi, doesent sound like that.. maybe cause my exhaust system is crappy. :P

i will buy the 1999 colt and put this engine inside....18oocc 140 hp and make it a little stronger...great engine light weight.......mitsubishi is great

Yeah, but you have to change lot of things, believe me. Don't forget that the engines of colt and lancer CJ series are mounted opposite the CA series, but nothing's impossible. Thanks FID3R

I love these cars, i have the same model only 1.6 16V its good too have 113hp i and weight only 920kg :) its it eccelerates fast!
