Is it easier to play oboe if you've already played the clarinet?

@5tolley i dont think so. i play oboe and no amount of experience with any other instrument will help you to be better at oboe except maybe bassoon xD

Your staple is cool .Where is the cork?
@izadeeg It has teflon rings instead of the cork because it often breaks and becomes grey and dirty...
