  • not too bad... can always slow down abit and dnt hit too hard although your doing a demo....one important thing you missed out is the turning horse.....keep practicing...

  • Such a nice noise.

  • Pretty good waist and the dummy suffers because of it.. I had little opportunity to train with women. When I did they seemed uncomfortable to have their face so close to mine. Perhaps that's just my face. I began to develop a belief that women approach a physical/athletic subject differently to males. They take more time to think and they discuss it in groups. We all need to think hard about wing chun techniques in the kwoon. This one shows the skills to be a teacher of an all-women class.

  • OMG I think Im in Love!!! haha

  • she has some very good form :) and muscle! keep up the good work you 2!

  • she hits hard!!!!

  • No need to worry about her hands, wing chun training requires you to not wear gloves so that you can make your hands tougher and stronger, it may not look like it but her hands are strong as steel

  • Great Demo, Good to see Proper Leung Sheung Lineage Wing Chun

  • booooooooooh , scarywoman

  • I AM SO SCARED OF HER!

  • It's good to maximize hard and soft when performing the dummy as long as you don't compromise your structure and root.Beginners should hit it softer and build up to what u have just saw. This is your goal,to work the dummy with hard and soft force so your training your Wing Chun not just doing a form.

  • That is a good demo. Some say you should not hit the dummy hard. I think it's up to the individual as to how they want to use the dummy. Remember this piece of training kit comes from Shaolin temple where they did a lot of body conditioning. Some of you may know that Ip Ching broke the dummy arm at a demo in usa back in the 90's. Was he hitting the dummy too hard? It's all about the angles and how you release the energy. Keep up the good work! Respect to all wing chun brothers and sisters.

  • good form. just watch how hard you are hitting that. why damage your peripheral nerves in the long term - you will only hinder your sensitivity, which will affect your chi sao. the purpose of the dummy is to stick to it, not to beat it up.

  • I have been doing exactly the same thing for 40 years without affecting my nerves at all. Thank you anyway.

  • haha

  • nice

  • its so good to see real wing chun, amazing how a woman of her size can generate such force, as you can see she has good ground structure, and good elbows

  • excelente!!!! amo el wind chunm y a la hermosa chica

  • im in love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Isn't she hitting the dummy too hard? I was taught to not hot too hard the wooden dummy. Great video by the way!

  • she look strong..

  • wow shes good..

  • seems she still have few parts not demonstrate out

  • Brilliant, loved that.

  • this is the correct way of Wing Chun.

  • amazing

  • man she s a beast. her arms and hands have sum conditioning. i like it even though i m from a different style i like that video.

  • I'm in no authority what so ever to comment on anyone else's kung fu but it looked very fierce to me. Keep it up! :)

  • she'll break ur forearm with one block, good power

  • Very good video congratulations, you have a lot of adrenaline, regards his master, thanks!

  • AWESOME, great tech, great power, great hip work, and SEXY!!!!

  • AWESOME, great tech, great power, great hip work, and SEXY!!!!

  • A great vid of Leung Sheung's lineage.

  • u really do see crane wings and snake strikes in Wing Chun...shes good and strong, the two men had to hold the wooden dummy firmly, and it still moved!

  • this dummy is way to big for her.. like waaayyy to big

  • its good practise i guees since most people would be that size or even bigger.

  • If i did the form with as much power as her, my arms would be unusable the next 3 days

    :)

    A little sloppy positions,

but this is prob. because she does it so fast.

And i think she would agree with me on that.

    Even if you do not.

    But damn!!

    she must be rock hard.

Cause it is painfull to do this.

  • great wooden dummy form thanks for sharing this one one powerfull girl

  • Wow, this girl has real power behind her punches and kicks, good work :)

  • Looks great. Good structure. Soft hands that hit hard thanks to a good movement of the whole body with back straight. Another proof (if needed) that Wing Chun doesn't require brute force. Nice !

  • This is one of my favorite videos of someone doing the form. This practitioner has excellent snappy feel on this dummy. It is heaven to watch. Those side-kicks are wonderful to watch, they come from no where. The way the combination of strikes come out look like Snake-style Kung fu (which some say is one influence on the system, along with crane). I will be watching and re-watching this video for some time to come. I can see why she is demoing at a seminar, as she is exemplary.

  • Hey im makking a dummy to train with and i have no XP. with wing chun or dummys. is ther anything that newbs usualy do that i should be aware of so i dont get bad habbits? and should the arms be tight or with a bit of give. iv noticed som are fixed and som hav a bit of movement. both sidways and back and forh. or is it an option on the dummys or what ?

  • Cor damn, She has me all sweaty just watching her! Soo Hot! Shes moving a lot of wood there but did someone forget to tell her the dummy is already dead? Tee hee!

  • I see her and I see Wing Chun herself!

  • Oh it feels so great to finally see a female represent this great art.

  • Good demo, but be careful with hitting the dummy hard long-term.......you could damage your hands

  • Thank you for your kindness. But I have been doing it for about 40 years and it doesn't seem to have done me any harm.

  • @bluefalcon629 People other then my Sifu tell me I need to take my conditioning easy and it gets a little annoying sometimes. Good to hear an example of someone who has trained so long and hasn't seen any harm.

  • There's a thing called "Wolff's Law" that reinforces bone when it comes under stress. It's a good read so check it out.

  • @chisauking one of the benefits is to harden your hands... never heard of anyone doing damage to their hands with a wooden dummy unless its a beginner.

  • Good energy. Like to see more!

  • Tremendous power...love the kicks...her arms are rock hard...I want to marry her, but I'm scared.

  • Sorry, if her arms are rock hard, she can only generate brute force. It is only from soft but tough muscles (that have developed over a long time) that one can generate "explosive" force at close range.

  • then How can you be soft and tough muscles at the same time? I didn't quite get that

  • You have to train with Sil Nim Tao and Single Sticking Hands for a long time before you start the Wooden Dummy Form.

  • Note: Sil Nim Tao is the first form of Wing Chun. Some of the moves in it go extremely slowly.

  • seems she still have few parts not demonstrate out

  • A true inspiration to the philisophical vt system, spiritually tranquilizing.

    Future moy yat vt beginer

  • great performance by a small lady.

  • An impressive demonstration!

  • Fantastic!

Great display of beauty and ferocity of wing chun kung fu!

  • Impressive!! Seems it is good for self-protection.

  • yim wing chun lives in her

  • wow... strong arms and powerful kicks and its coming from a little girl(not a big woman).

    great demo
