There's probably a lot more there. In fact i know there is, or this song would not affect me so deeply, but i need to sleep: "Why do I feel so bad?" Well I think the reason is pretty obvious.

On second thoughts the ambiguity between "these open doors", and "please open doors", is probably deliberate I think. The phrases "these open doors" and "please open doors" are very feminine, I open my legs, or heart (the two phrases are probably indistiguishable from a female point of view), you open your heart,
