Do you get the strongest weapon in the game in the Floating Gardens?

Just wondering because I did not know if it was the floating gardens or the underground reservoir. I think the strongest weapon is called Clamis Solais

a reccomended soul for me is the ripper soul it costs alot of mp but stays there for about 7 hits only good for monsters that r like human with no armor

Does the phantamagora have a soul? I've been tryig to kill it as soon as the skeleton pulls it out (I think).

Yeah, it's one of the hardest to get souls in the game because it took me a really long time to get. It isn't worth it unless your going for 100% souls.
