@vickizspace Hey these all three trek is the best around the world ...from Annapurna Base camp you can have view of almost 360 degree , mountains all around you and While doing Annapurna Circuit, it's quite challenging and it's beautiful, Everest Base camp is also the best and challenging so i could say go for Annapurna base camp/ Annapurna Circuit coz Everest Base camp is a lot expensive than these.... if u need any further information please free my mail add is amirsuijan@gmail.com
@vickizspace Annapurna Circuit! Go halfway, from Besisahar to Jomsom and fly back to Pokhara. Amazing trip.
If you've got time, go on your own and work things out when you get to Pokhara. You'll meet people to trek with, and you can arrange guides/translators/porters no problem. If you don't have time, book ahead. But you never quite know what you're getting that way -- and you'll pay a lot more.
Mountain dog lived on to greet many other travelers. Maybe you'll see him too! :)
Lovely video. We are planning to do this in the coming October. We plan to go from Besisahar to Jomsom and fly back to Pokhara. What do you suggest? Should we do the whole thing? How would you describe the part from Jomsom to Pokhara? Would appreciate a quick response - as we have to plan for it soon. Thanks!
@kadekodi1 I think that's a great plan and that is 100% what I would do if I were doing it all over again.
That part of the trek was really lovely, with amazing villages and scenery. Thorung La pass is challenging, awful at times, and totally amazing. Coming down from the pass is euphoria. Jomson is really cool. But, honestly, after that, I was over it. The villages between Jomson and Pokhara were more developed and less interesting. And the walk was brutal - steps galore. Painful anticlimax.
@kadekodi1 this is amir....from nepal While doing Annapurna circuit it's always better to start from beshishar/ bhulbule and should have the rest day in manang ...it helps you to acclimatize with the altitude and surroundings ...It's better to take a flight from jomsom to pokhara rather taking a trail coz it's nothing in between jomsom to beni yes there is few places u can visit(kalapani, ghasa, marpha). if u need i can send you detail itinerary my email add is : amirsuijan@gmail.com

@level2seven We did have one guide/porter who carried a bit of stuff for the four of us and acted as interpreter and so on. For food we ate at teahouses, or small restaurants that dot the trail. Water we purified with iodine tablets or bought from purification stations along the way. Easy peasy.
@xfire7 Oh yeah. And hell on the knees too. My advice to even the strongest of hikers: bring those stretchy cloth knee braces you can buy at drug stores.
Amazing trip, you are brave men. Gotta love the mountain dog! I will certainly follow in your footsteps. Now for a very western question: what soundtrack is that? REALLY COOL.
@bubblezen Thanks man! The soundtrack is made up of tracks from Innerstance Beatbox, Roommates, and Signaldrift - all bands on my friend's label Wobblyhead.

This is real image of Nepal . visit once is not enough , i did more than 20 times , still i love to do this trek.

@vickizspace Don't know anything about the organized groups. Maybe lurk around on Lonely Planet's Thorntree and see what people recommend. Good luck!
