They fucked me so hard, assaulted me, and had a prosecutor named lawrence kamakwio'ole put me under death threat in custody, to make ME plead for their sorry asses, fuck hpd, when I come home, Im killing as many of them as I can. Tells me (illegally) that it takes 12 months to select a jury, with no bail, and in the same breath that the state cant be held liable for my safety. And that I'd be at Halawa! PD cried. She quit, and was the civil rights councelor at uh, last I heard.

This was taken outside of Starbuck's on ward next to Wahoo's. There's no law that say's he can't smoke outside. If you think he's breaking the law, then have the balls to confront him. If not, there's no law broken here.
It is a Honolulu police officer. You can clearly see the shoulder patch too. Also nobody follows the law anyways. Many bars still allow patrons to smoke. Also to my knowlege, only one person was ever cited for violation if the smoking law, and this was a round the time the law was passed.
There is such a thing now as Electronic Cigarettes or Cigars where you can smoke it anywhere and it is not against the law. More so, that so called "officer" is not a good assumption to state unless you see a badge. Auwe!

However, saying "Honolulu Police Officer breaking the law" with a guy who's wearing a black shirt (obviously not showing a badge or anything), does not justify this guy's video. Unless their is a video with a cop's badge in it, I would not be convinced, and neither should anyone else watching this video clip.
